If you’re subscribed to this newsletter, you may have noticed that past few issues have basically been:
Our big ambitious plan was too big and ambitious so we didn’t do it. Sorry.
We are better now though, so here is a new big ambitious plan!
Silence for 2 months because we burned out trying and failing to do step 2.
That cycle can be pretty annoying so we are changing it. This year, we are focusing on working on things one percent per day (not literally, but sometimes literally). Basically, we want to use a constant but constrained work flow that may not be particularly exciting but can be pretty effective in the long run. So while we have big ambitious plans, we are going to focus more on seeing them through in a sustainable way before sharing them from the very beginning.
You will still be some of the first ones to know about upcoming videos and projects! Those things are just going to be made in a healthier way behind the scenes.

Even though 2022 had its instances of burnout, we are really grateful for the things we did together!
The Answer in Progress YouTube channel reached 1M subscribers! It’s still hard to wrap our heads around so, in large part, we have decided not to think about it :)
